Programme Management Curriculum

ESI is proud to introduce our Programme Management Professional Development Curriculum.

The use of complex projects and programmes within organisations is growing and in response to this demand, ESI has put together a curriculum of courses for programme managers of all levels wanting to develop their skills and knowledge or become certified.

Our curriculum recommends an array of courses that support the PMBOK® Guide areas, the PMI's (Project Management Institute) ‘standard for programme management’, as well as other key business and leadership skills that are critical to successful programme management.

Most notably, our Development Curriculum includes our newly revised Programme Management course. Designed to help experienced or rising programme managers, this course includes units devoted to each phase of the programme life cycle.

PgMP® Exam Preparation - For exam success!

This course will enable you to become familiar with the types of questions on the PMI’s PgMP exam. You will be able to describe PMI’s perspective on how programme management is conducted – including the phases of a programme and the three themes of programme management (benefits management, stakeholder management, and governance management), and determine what approach to use when you do not know the answer to an exam question.
